SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21 - EXPO/PACKAGE PICK UP

TCU Place (35 22nd Street, Saskatoon) – main floor salon
Use the main entrance on 22nd Street
7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

*We strongly encourage you to attend the expo after 11 a.m. to avoid the morning rush

You must collect your swag (sweatshirt, drawstring bag and chipped bib) on September
21. There is no pick-up option on event day.
*You can send a friend or family member to pick up your swag if you cannot attend.
**If you ordered a Step Up yellow training technical t-shirt this spring and didn’t pick it up at Brainsport in June/July, you will have a final chance to collect it at the expo.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 22 - RACE DAY

Start/Finish Line located in Downtown Saskatoon
The intersection of Spadina Cres and 23rd Street downtown
7:30 a.m. – Start/Finish line village opens
8:15 a.m. – Begin to enter the starting line area on Spadina Cres
8:30 a.m. – 5KM Start
10:00 a.m. – 10KM Start
*You must wear your race bib to access the Start/Finish line
Race HQ is located directly at the Start/Finish line on the east sidewalk at the intersection of Spadina Cres and 23rd Street. If you have a lost person report or any other emergency, please visit the Race HQ tent.

DAY OF DETAILS

You will see these graphics and similar on the map – if you have any questions look for volunteers in white sweaters in the Start/Finish line village to answer your questions.

It is critical to talk about the importance of mental health. Please share your photos & stories about Step Up on social media by using the hashtag #stepupSK and tagging @321GoRunning

We want to share your photos/stories to encourage other people to join the mental health movement for next year.

MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT

There will be 10 music/live entertainment stations on the 10km course; nearly the same number on the 5km course.

PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Step Up for Mental Health is the Sask Athletics Provincial Championships for the 5km and 10km.

321 GO RUNNING EVENT

Step Up for Mental Health is now managed/operated by 321 Go Running, which is a new Saskatchewan company focused on running/walking events that benefit you – and your community. All net proceeds from Step Up for Mental Health are donated to mental health
programs in Saskatchewan.
