WEEKEND SCHEDULE

Saturday, November 23 – Package Pick-Up

Time: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Location: YWCA Saskatoon (510-25th Street East)
Swag: Participants receive a bunnyhug and race bib. You can pick-up swag for others
by providing their name.

Parking: space available in the 2 lots directly to the north of the YWCA building OR street parking south of 25th Street; no parking in the lot in front of the YWCA main entrance.

Sunday, November 24 – Event Day

Time: 10 a.m.
Location: Start/Finish Line at YWCA Saskatoon
Distance: 5KM
Parking: Limited spots available in the lots directly north of the YWCA; additional
street parking south of 25th Street. No parking in the lot in front of the YWCA
main entrance. 
Post-race: Inside the YWCA, enjoy Gingerbread cookies, hot chocolate/coffee, AND
ring the bell for accomplishing your journey

Based on the original fairytail to try to catch the “Gingerbread Man”

The race starts in three waves—Fast, Medium, and Walking—each with its own Gingerbread mascot to lead the way!

CHARITY

All net proceeds are directed to the YWCA Saskatoon, which helps women and children in need. You can donate to this very worthy cause by clicking HERE. A charitable tax receipt will be sent directly to your email.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS

You must wear your race bib to access the start line. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the course. If you have a lost person report or any other emergency, please visit the tent at the finish line.

Started more than 10 years ago by Brainsport, the Gingerbread Run has become Saskatoon’s iconic fun run. In 2024, 321 Go Running has become the operator of the 5KM event. 321 Go Running is a new Saskatchewan company focused on running/walking events that benefit you and your community.
